A Henrico County-based software and managed services company has a new name.
APIvista has rebranded as Terazo | Building Platforms That Scale, the company announced.
“Our new name and identity better reflect what our company has become, and this change puts us on a solid footing for future growth,” Terazo CEO Mark Wensell said in a statement.
Founded in 2016, the company’s headquarters is at 6802 Paragon Place.
The company worked with Richmond branding firm Yogg on the revamped logo and visual identity, which features colorful, geometric puzzle pieces called tangrams.
“As we began working with more national and international clients, we consistently saw the burgeoning opportunity to build and manage next-generation business platforms composed of emerging API and data streaming technologies,” Wensell said.
The company also is planning to open a regional office in Raleigh, N.C., and is recruiting data and software engineers for it local and North Carolina operations.
