Team Terazo is definitely looking forward to our time at Twilio’s SIGNAL 2021 in just under a couple of weeks – from being a Gold Partner with Twilio to a sponsor of this exciting and engaging event to having our own speaking session – there’s so much we all are looking forward to!
Suffice to say, with my past B2B & B2C marketing experience across multiple continents and industries, I am always out to learn and learn more – and bring all of my knowledge to bear in my current role as Director of Channel Partner Marketing here at Terazo. Led by a Twilio Team member and one of their innovative clients in the UK, Zipabout – I chose this Signal Session based on my past experiences leveraging WhatsApp as the only mode of customer communications in some countries I was working with on the African and South American continents. This particular session will demonstrate how Zipabout is building a truly concierge service for UK’s National Rail Enquiries which creates a customer-focused mode of interaction – leveraging everything that both Twilio and WhatsApp bring to the tech table.
