Mark Wensell

Chief Executive Officer

Connecting people, via the systems they depend on, to drive business results has been the focus of Mark’s career.

At Terazo, he leads the vision of the company and works to find the new clients and markets that are seeking a transformational change by opening their business processes to the world.

An IT entrepreneur, business and sales leader in the hosting, colocation and cloud industry since 1997, he is an advocate of building service-driven technology business models.

Chris Busse

Chief Digital Officer

With a passion for the ways in which technologists build solutions for people, Chris helps Terazo's clients find strategic success with their digital initiatives.

Having worked in the IT industry for 20+ years, he recently helped launch the first public API platform for a North American bank and previously built a digital agency that provided API integration & data services for its Fortune 500 clients.

George Boatright

Chief Financial Officer

A proven technology and financial executive, George leverages both disciplines in his role as Chief Financial Officer for Terazo. Throughout his career, George has combined his professional experience and practical knowledge to excel in diverse business environments.

George has in-depth knowledge of a diverse array of core technology, financial and managerial functions, developed over a 35+ year career, with experience in the Publishing, Broadcast TV, Financial Services and Pharmaceutical industry verticals.

Mike Kirillin

Chief Operating Officer

Mike Kirillin is a connector at his core. Since beginning his career in technology sales nearly two decades ago, he has specialized in building and leading sales and delivery teams in the world of professional services and consulting.

He also has extensive experience assisting countless IT professionals in finding new roles. In doing so, he learned that his passion lies in being the connection point between people. Mike believes there is something tremendously gratifying about introducing individuals, teams, and organizations to one another in a strategic way that drives meaningful results.

He has had the privilege of leading exceptional teams, worked for entrepreneurs who allowed him to help drive and grow their businesses, and has had the chance to be a part of selling two companies. Mike thrives on helping clients solve real-world business problems and challenges and enjoys training and mentoring others.

As Terazo’s Chief Operating Officer, Mike utilizes these skills and experiences to help clients realize new operational efficiencies and drive meaningful, measurable business outcomes.

He is the proud father of three wonderful kids and has been married to his wife, Shelby, for over two decades. In his spare time, you can find him nerding out over the latest tech gadgets or tapping in a birdie putt out on the golf course.

Amee Mungo

Chief Strategy Officer

Amee Mungo has spent the last 20+ years of her career at the intersection of people, partnerships, product, and processes. She has created and built disruptive and enlightening digital customer experiences and products across tech startups, Fortune 100 companies, and innovation and growth labs alike.

Pursuing paths of entrepreneurship, product development, strategy, and graduate studies in design have forged Amee’s deep knowledge set and mastery of human-centered design and growth acceleration strategy in markets and for humans that need it most - financial services, fintech, and healthcare, to name a few.

Amee’s skills quickly align clients’ strategic clarity and vision with responsible product portfolio management, investment, and acceleration.

As Terazo’s Chief Strategy Officer, her leadership invigorates awareness of what is possible while delivering a sound strategic roadmap for our clients. Her consummate articulation of early business needs, customer intent, and business opportunity help clients chart a course for growth and fosters rapport between executive stakeholders, product, and tech leadership.

Kevin Israel

VP, Market General Manager, Northeast & Central

Kevin has over 20 years of experience designing and delivering innovative technology solutions that maximizing business value. He has worked for a number of organizations throughout his career, from startups and non-profits to Fortune 500 and small, medium, and large businesses. Kevin has experience across a number of verticals including Healthcare, Financial Systems, Retail, Entertainment, and Real Estate. At Terazo, he manages the Raleigh-Durham and National Markets.

He enjoys working with clients to deliver cost-effective and scalable technology solutions as well as provide the strategy, assessments and roadmap to enable transformation and growth. He is highly involved with local developer communities and is a noted national technology speaker.

Hakon Jonsson

Technical Director, Northeast & Central

With a passion for problem solving and all things technology, Hakon has a proven record of delivery. He has lead delivery efforts for clients of all sizes and in many different business domains. At Terazo, he serves as the Technical Director for the Northeast Market and National Accounts.

Eric Pease

Account Executive, Northeast & Central

A business leader with more than fifteen years of sales experience, Eric Pease has a proven track record with achieving results, driving new business development, coaching and developing sales teams, and sustained operational success driven by outcome-oriented execution. Key areas of expertise include non-profit management, C-level selling, financial and wealth management, strategic planning, financial analysis modeling, account and relationship management, SaaS and cloud solutions, and sales team development.

At Terazo, Eric serves as Terazo's Account Executive covering the Northeast and Central market.

Steve Gaidos

VP, Market General Manager, Mid-Atlantic

From designing technology strategies to building and managing the delivery teams, Steve’s focus on client success and value is at the center of everything he does. Working at small, medium, and Fortune 500 companies, as well as international consulting firms for over 30 years, Steve’s perspective is shaped by the specific knowledge of the part everyone plays in successful technology transformation.

At Terazo, he oversees managing client relationships, delivery teams, and hiring staff in the Greater Richmond and Virginia market. He has industry experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, and Retail.

Greg Patrick

Technical Director, Mid-Atlantic

Greg is a career computer scientist with broad experience across industry, government, and academia. For over 25 years, he has leveraged his background in Software Engineering, Parallel and Distributed Computing, and Information Assurance to design and build a wide variety of solutions for desktop, mobile, and web applications. As a tech leader, Greg not only focuses on high quality technical delivery, but also team building, mentorship and career development.

Spencer Eckis

Account Executive, Mid-Atlantic

With over a decade of experience in selling services to technology and marketing leaders, Spencer Eckis brings a wealth of sales expertise to her role at Terazo. She enjoys finding solutions to enterprises' most critical business priorities as they look to grow and/or transform their organizations, thereby helping increase operational efficiency and reduce risk.

Spencer has a wide range of selling experience across industries like financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, software, CPG, and consumer services, spending much of her career in London and Washington D.C. at companies like CEB and Gartner.

At Terazo, she focuses on our Mid-Atlantic market and thrives on helping clients deepen their relationships with their customers, enable their buying journey, and providing outcome-based solutions that truly move the needle.

Southeast Market

Randy Franklin

VP, Market General Manager, Southeast

Randy brings over 20 years of outcome-focused technology experience to Terazo, combining significant expertise in cloud computing architectures, information privacy, and security. Randy has worked in companies of all sizes, from startup to executive positions at publicly-traded firms, and has designed and delivered solutions for many companies in a wide variety of industries, giving him the ability to shape solutions to best fit the client and their respective customers.

Shane Effertz

Account Executive, Southeast

A customer-oriented, strategic thinking IT professional with over 10 years experience, Shane Effertz is a master at building relationships, cultivating partnerships, and growing profit channels for accounts of varying sizes. He is skilled in Sales, Account Management, Solution Selling, and Business Development. Shane takes a Customer-oriented approach to selling.

At Terazo, Shane helps customers build platforms that scale and specializes in API integration and automation, Email, SMS, IVR, Cloud Contact Center Migration, Data Engineering, and Managed Services.

West Market

Andrew Foerster

VP, Market General Manager, West Market

Andrew is an accomplished Cloud Services Executive with 20+ years of experience in professional services sales execution, strategic consulting, customer success, and management across multiple industry and market segments. He has spent the last 13 years helping companies of all sizes migrate to the Cloud, while maximizing their investment in leading Cloud solutions, such as, Salesforce.com, Twilio, Workday, Azure, AWS, and GPC.

He most enjoys building and maintaining key business relationships based on successful program execution. Andrew believes there is nothing more professionally satisfying than seeing customers and colleagues he has helped achieve the personal and professional success they deserve.

Torie Flood

Senior Director, Partner Sales Enablement

A proven digital marketing leader, Torie Flood comes to Terazo with over 20 years of work in the strategy and execution of campaigns and innovative digital experiences. She is a natural connector who drives value by engaging collaborative teams, embracing change, and delivering customer-centric strategy.

At Terazo, Torie leads the company’s strategic partnership with Twilio, helping build relationships and drive sales through digital and in-person initiatives and events that are as unique as they are creative.

Miles Phillips

Senior Director, Twilio Partnership

Known for bridging the gap between technology and business, Miles has a passion for explaining technology and helping businesses take advantage of the technology available to them. Miles has spent the last 20 years in a variety of roles spanning product management, development, IT management, marketing and sales. These experiences allow him to deeply connect with companies to drive customer success.

Pete Cornwell

Principal Architect

Pete brings 25+ years of experience as an enterprise and solution architect to Terazo with experience in an extensive range of application domains, paradigms and technologies. While he has worked on a number of international committees addressing architectural methodology standards, he has never lost his passion for the pragmatic, and is excited to work with fellow architects and developers alike in realizing well-engineered solutions for his clients.

Kimberly is a connector and relationship builder who connects candidates to their ideal role at Terazo. She enjoys the satisfaction of helping to build the team and culture at the company. She comes from a 20+ year career in lobbying and uses those skills to help build relationships.

William Hunter

Senior Recruiter

A recruiting professional for over two decades, Will Hunter is a problem solver. He enjoys finding the missing pieces that make companies more complete through recruiting efforts. Will fell into recruiting unexpectedly when a friend asked him to run operations for a recruiting startup. Before long, he found himself reaching out to clients and recruiting candidates himself – something that came to him naturally.

He believes technology is always evolving and is amazed by technology (and is a big fan of anyone that can build or code).
Will describes recruiting as a convergence because, at its essence, the goal is to bring two people together with the right skills and experince, at the right time.
