Old Minset vs. New Mindset
Terazo began its journey as APIVista in 2016, founded in Richmond, Virginia, by Mark Wensell, Chris Busse, and George Boatright. The company quickly established itself as a critical player in the API economy, helping clients integrate and automate systems using cloud platforms. In 2021, to better reflect our evolving capabilities and broadened vision, we rebranded as Terazo. This change marked a new chapter in our growth as we expanded our services and reach nationally and internationally.
In September 2022, Terazo acquired Berlin-based c20y, a cloud contact center integration services leader. This strategic acquisition expanded Terazo’s international presence and deepened its expertise in Twilio’s flagship Flex product. The integration of c20y not only brought a specialized team with deep knowledge of Twilio solutions but also extended Terazo’s reach to serve a global customer base better.
In November 2024, Terazo was acquired by Zennify, a top Salesforce partner with experience in regulated industries. This move will combine Zennify’s deep industry and CRM expertise with Terazo’s data, integration, and software engineering expertise. This combination allows us to go deeper and broader with customers and partners.
Together, Terazo and Zennify are poised to be the #1 data and customer experience consultancy for regulated industries. Terazo will now be known as a Zennify company.
